.02 Seines
Seines are recreational only — no commercial use. When you empty one, do it in deep enough water that bycatch can swim away. Don't dump it on the beach.
A. A seine may be used for recreational purposes only. B. The seine may not be emptied: (1) On the shore or beach; or (2) In any water of less than sufficient depth to enable the unwanted fish to return to the waters alive.
